	Kemp Mill Shopping Center is well known in the community and is located on Lamberton Drive, just off of Arcola Avenue, one-half mile west of Univercity Blvd in Montgomery County, Maryland. Combined with the J&F office buildings, Kemp Mill Shopping Center creates a complex of over 90,000 square feet of retail, office and medical space.
	The Center has retained most of the original tenants who established their businesses at the beginning of the Center in 1970. Additionally, the two nationally known banking entities (Chevy Chase FSB and SunTrust) have had substantial growth, even through the mergers and name changes that affect the banking industry. The success of all tenants has continued with the efforts of the Landlord's upgrading of the Center.
